Here is my favourite Slovak toungue twister:

Strc prst skrz krk
(the c needs a hacek - which in turn needs a caron and an acute accent)

Well hello Jon! Let me announce my readership with a contribution.
Here's a French tongue-twister, which is in fact to be sung to a dancing-y tune. Early yesterday morning on a tram in Bordeaux, I attempted to sing it to my travelling companion. When I failed, the middle aged commuter seated next to her unexpectedly put down his paper, took up the inferred challenge, and piped up:
"Les chaussettes de l'Archiduchesse, sont-elles sèches, archi-sèches?"
Oh the competitiveness of strangers! But it was rather a lovely moment too.
