The way I figure it, it comes down to a choice of three: Brigid of Ireland is the patron saint of dairy workers and cattle; Mark is the patron saint of cattle breeders; Martha is the patron saint of waiters. I suppose it depends where you draw the line on the milk production to milkshake delivery trail.
We mustn't forget St. Valentine, one of some forty mediaeval patron saints for those suffering from the "shaking divine punishment" a.k.a. epilepsy. A tasteless but necessary addition, I submit.
